Bridgetown (Barbados), 15 June 2023: With two months to go for the start of the 2023 Caribbean Premier League season, Barbados Royals today announced their return to their home - Barbados - for the first time since 2019 as they opened the sale of tickets for their home games for both men's and women's teams, on CPL's website.

The island nation will be hosting four home matches for the Royals men's team, which will be accompanied by three home matches for the women's team. While the men's team start their Barbados leg on 30th August when they host Trinbago Knight Riders, the women's team will be playing their first-ever match in their home city the following day on 31st August against Guyana Amazon Warriors.

The Barbados Royals' men's team, who finished top of the CPL table last season, will play their second home match on 31st August in a rematch of last year's final as they face Jamaica Tallawahs, before facing Saint Lucia Kings on 2nd September, and St Kitts & Nevis Patriots on 3rd September to wrap up the Barbados leg of the competition.

Meanwhile, Hayley Matthews-led women's team will be playing two more matches at the Kensington Oval as they face Trinbago Knight Riders on 2nd September, and end their maiden WCPL experience in Barbados on 3rd September as they face Guyana Amazon Warriors for the second time.

Tickets for all the matches are priced reasonably with the matches on 30th and 31st August priced between 30 to 50 Bds$, while the weekend extravaganza on 2nd and 3rd September 2023 priced between 35 to 60 Bds$. Tickets for the matches on 31st August, 2nd September and 3rd September will include both Barbados Royals Women's and Men's team's games as exciting double-headers beckon the Kensington Oval crowd.
